The chakras are the seven primary energy centers in our subtle body, acting as spinning wheels of energy that correspond to major nerve plexuses and endocrine glands. When they are balanced and open, our life force (prana) flows freely, resulting in physical, mental, and emotional well-being. When they are blocked, it can lead to stagnation and dis-ease. The Seven Main Chakras and Their Colors

  • 1. Root Chakra (Muladhara) - Red: Located at the base of the spine, it governs our sense of security, survival, and grounding.
